What is the typical process for booking in a project? After you have registered your interest, Tim will visit to provide an initial consultation and discuss your requirements. Depending on the needs of this, he will then provide an initial sketch design and preliminary quotation for your perusal. Providing this is to your satisfaction, further detailed plans a fully comprehensive quotation will then be completed. Following on from that, we’ll get you booked in and look forward to getting started!
How long can I expect things to take? We will always try to get these completed as soon as possible but you can expect one week for a straight forward quotation; two to three weeks with designs. Times vary as to when we will be able to start your project however we will be able to give you a good idea of when this is likely to be with your initial consultation.
Do I need to pay for a consultation? All consultations and initial quotations are free of charge and with no obligation. Designs and plans are chargeable however this fee is dropped should you decide to book your project in with us.
Who will be carrying out the work? Tim is committed to leading every aspect of each job and will the person providing the initial consultations, quotations, design and build itself. With assistance from his small team, rest assured you will receive the quality work you would expect, completed within a timely manner.
Where are you located and what areas do you cover? Based in the Gloucestershire countryside location of Corse Lawn, we will happily commute to areas within the Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire borders. Other projects outside of these areas would be considered on an individual basis.
When should I expect you to work? Tim usually works from 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday however these times are flexible and depend on the needs of each project. It is not uncommon for us to work on Saturday’s, or pop in for an initial consultation on a Sunday! The bottom line is that the quality of work is our top priority so we will do what is needed to ensure your work is completed the highest standards.
Do you take on small jobs? Yes! No job is too big or too small.
Do you provide a maintenance service? No; unfortunately this isn’t something we can provide, or make references for at present.
